Thanks for your question and for finding EmpowHER. The best thing would be to work with your doctor. Taking into consideration how long you have been on this new medication, they may decide if they feel it's working for you. Keep track of symptoms, and side effects so you can clearly relay those to your doctor. I know I already asked in your other post, but are you undergoing talk therapy either by yourself or in a group? or both! Especially with all you've been through and considering your other health concerns, you may benefit from it.
I personally know how difficult it is dealing with miscarriages (I've had two that I know of, both in the 1st trimester). In regard to your question about having another child, if you want one, and you are able, then go for it!
