Guide

Hi daisydoo,
Welcome to EmpowHer. Reviewing your symptoms, I can offer these suggestions:
Make an appointment with your physician to have the following blood tests: check thyroid function and cortisol levels
complete blood count or CBC to check for anemia
a food allergy panel and celiac screening (to rule out the causes of abdominal fullness, rectal and abdominal pain, and weight gain)
You may need an echocardiogram to determine the possible cause of the palpitations and a pelvic ultrasound to determine what is causing the heavy menstrual flow.
The additional weight could be causing the sensation of pins and needles down your legs and the pain in your lower back. An x-ray of your spine would help your doctor see if there are any changes that are possible causes of the pain.
Hope this information is a start to helping you get answers to your health concerns. Keep us posted of your progress.
