There was never a risk or chance that any pre ejaculate fluid could have entered you because you were wearing underwear.
Pre ejaculate fluid does not itself contain sperm. If the guy has had a recent ejaculation, say with masturbation, some sperm can remain in his urethra. Any stow away sperm is flushed out when he urinates.
If by chance any semen remained on your hand, it would have dried and any sperm would have died. Sperm can live outside the body for about 20 minutes.
Now, if there was fresh semen on his finger when he fingered you and this all happened around the time you were ovulating, there could be a slight chance for becoming pregnant.
