Yes, having endometriosis does change everything, as does having ovarian cysts.
Why did you stop taking your birth control on March 5?
The symptoms associated with ovarian cysts may be similar to other conditions such as endometriosis. Menstrual irregularities and pelvic pain shortly before a period (as you are aware) are symptoms. Pelvic pain is commonly experienced with endometriosis.
Usually, women with endometriosis have difficulty getting pregnant.
Because of your menstrual irregularities and symptoms, I suggest that you see your doctor or visit a health clinic, if that is where you get your medical care. A blood pregnancy test, which is more accurate than a urine test, can be done to determine if you are actually pregnant.
