You washed your hands very well with soap and water, even if it was cold water. You could not become pregnant by wiping after using the toilet.

Good handwashing removed any sperm form your hands. Using toilet tissue to wipe would keep any sperm, if there was any, from entering your body.

You don't have to worry about being pregnant.
