Yes, you would need to take Positnor 2 or any other emergency contraceptive pill again, because this type of pill does not prevent nor protect you against pregnancy for any length of time, especially not three months.
I must stress that an emergency contraceptive is indicated only for emergency use. It is not intended as a form of birth control and should not be used as such.
Since you are sexually active, if you do not want to become pregnant, you must use some type of birth control, either the pill, the patch, the injection, or condoms consistently.
