I was glad I read this article and it mentions that we all are hardwire to think negative thoughts.I find that is so true and I wonder why, I know deppression plays a big part in how I feel but I do fight off the negative thoughts almost everyday and I read positive self help books at night to keep my mind from going to that dark place where it can bring me to tears.My life has been very trying and I get tired easily because of my poor health.I cannot do the things I use to do so I start to think negative thoughts and I know deep down inside it is taking away from the good life I still have,thanks again for this information and extra books I will check it out, I am so glad for this site.
