The ingredients in the new chapter pill include white and green tea. Both of these teas, along with black tea, coffee, cocoa and cola drinks, contain caffeine. Since diet pills are not approved or regulated by the FDA (in the United States), the amount of caffeine does not and may not be listed on the ingredient label. This can be dangerous. The amount of caffeine in the diet pill can be high and the danger risk rises if you have an additional caffeine intake as in beverages and some medications.
It would be in your best interest to stop taking these diet pill and any diet pills for that matter. Healthy weight loss tips that are safe include eating a healthy diet, reducing your daily calorie intake and exercising regularly.
