I agree Maintaining Weight is a life style change.We all need to start understanding that if we want to start losing weight we have to stop focusing on weight. It is about doing other things in our daily life like for instance,for me I started getting out for walks,finding places to go for walks,listening to music and even finding out I had other interests to keep my mind off my weight so I wouldn't feel so defeated.We all need to find other things we like to do in order to start feeling better about ourselves and while we are learning more about our other interests in our life, health issues like our weight and other.. health issues will get better over time.I have weight issues,and deppression.I hope this helps others that are coping.
