I drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day and some days even more.I started about a year ago, I always drank water but never thought to make it part of a life style change and now I feel so much better for doing so, my breathing is better and sinus problems I weighed 171 pounds, now I weigh 145. I drink cold filtered water Brita filter with all my meals and reach for water when I feel thirsty it just make me feel better mentally and physically and for people like me, my weight will always be an issue this is something to try,instead of soda pop or sugary drinks. I always tried to eat healthy even thou I am on disibility I find for myself vegetables, fruit, and brown rice, has been part of my healthy choice to lose weight and doesn't cost alot even tuna or salmon for mental alertness.Any how I walk alot with my dog and I soon will be walking to music with an ipod, someone was nice enough to give me because music is another thing that helps me maintain my weight as it motivates me to keep moving and of course a wonderful summers' day.
