Again, call your doctor. She can tell you if the 10 days of spotting can be related to the medications that you are taking or not. If you finished your period on June 26 and had sex two days later, it is not very likely that you could be pregnant. The chance of pregnancy is highest with unprotected sex during ovulation which generally happens mid-cycle or about 14 days after the end of the last menstrual period.
