I have heard so many healthy related issues about dark chocolate and it has always been my favorite guilty pleasure especially when I have my period.I try to buy a small bar of dark chocolate because I do not have willpower to know when to stop.I am sure that the flavanoid has alot to do with feeling better and healthier,but I wish I could understand the mechanics of how it relates to us feeling better emotionally or is it the case?
