It is possible, but highly unlikely. You would have to have a very short menstrual cycle or a tendency for very long periods. This would bring the time of ovulation very close to the start of your period. If you really think that you could be pregnant, make an appointment to have a blood pregnancy test done. The blood pregnancy test is more accurate than a home pregnancy test. Do you see a gynecologist? He or she can advise you regarding irregular menstrual cycles and when to be concerned about a late or missed period.
