Hi,
The only way to know if you are pregnant is to have a hCG or pregnancy test. As you know, a Depo-Provera shot protects against an unplanned pregnancy for 3 months. Have you had sex since the end of July to now? The breasts produce colostrum beginning during pregnancy and continuing through the early days of breastfeeding. Make an appointment with your gynecologist/obstetrician. You can have a hCG test and begin prenatal care if you are pregnant. Please keep us posted.
