Guide

Hi Erica,
Feeling good and feeling good about yourself is very important. My advice to you is to begin by losing weight. You need to burn more calories than you consume.

Start by walking. When possible, walk instead of taking the bus or driving your car. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Take a walk after dinner or during a break at work or school.

Watch your calorie intake. Eat 3 healthy balanced meals or 6 small healthy meals and snacks throughout the day. Choose fruit or raw vegetables as a snack instead of chips or candy.

Drink water instead of soda. Don't eat after 8 o'clock and never before going to bed.

With determination, you can do it. I lost 80 lbs by following the advice I just gave you.

If you are still considering breast reduction surgery, research insurance coverage. Most insurance policies do not cover elective plastic surgery. Unless the surgery is deemed medically necessary, the insurance company will deny coverage.

Every surgery carries risks. When you choose a surgeon, he or she will review all the surgical risks with you, tell you what you can expect and what the cost will be if you must pay out of pocket.

It is a lot to consider, but try working on weight loss first.
