It must be frustrating to have so many diagnostic procedures done and a hospitalization but no diagnosis.

This may sound silly, but were you evaluated by a gastroenterologist? Among the myriad of tests, was a colonoscopy or endoscopy performed?
Your symptoms match some of the symptoms associated with Crohn's disease.

Crohn's disease is a form of inflammatory bowel disease . It usually affects the intestines, but may occur anywhere from the mouth to the end of the rectum.
The main symptoms of Crohn's disease are
crampy abdominal or belly area pain
fever
fatigue
loss of appetite
unintentional weight loss
pain with passing stool
persistent watery diarrhea

I do hope your doctors find the cause of your symptoms so you can get the proper treatment and relief.
