These are all questions which you should discuss with your doctor and the individuals who administered the sleep study. They are the ones who deal with the equipment every day.
I can offer a few suggestions: was the oxygen humidified? No moisture in the air can cause eye irrtiation and a dry throat . Also, you might be allergic to the plastic in the mask.
