Thank you for raising awareness of thyroid cancer through your share. I agree, there is no good cancer. Compared to pancreatic cancer, which has less than a 5% survival, physicians will consider certain cancers as "good" because these cancers are treatable and have a better survival rate.
I was diagnosed with a "slow growing" and rare neurendocrine cancer. Because it grew slowly, it was very advanced by the time of diagnosis.Slow growing is not such a blessing when it comes to cancer. Four years later, I am blessed to be in remission.
