I think your SHARE offers a great philosphy for the new year. I can relate to what you are saying. Yes, sometimes we are very busy because of all we must do in a day. But, I am guilty of feeling guilty if I am not doing something and just take some "me" time. Ridiculous, I know. I will try to follow your suggestions.
