I think there may be two possibilities.

Did you take the home pregnancy test correctly?

Sometimes, you can get a false negative result if:

You either did not dip the test strip well or did not hold it well in your urine stream.

If you let the test sit for too long (after the instructions on the box tell you), the test is invalid. This may cause it to show false negative results.

Stress, hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid gland), excessive exercising and major weight loss can lead to missed periods.

I think you need to be evaluated by your doctor. Blood tests to check for pregnancy and check thyroid function can help determine the cause of your missed periods.
