I am not familiar with the Trust pill or Nordette and what is the recommended dosage when used as an emergency contraceptive.
Please check the package insert or check with your local pharmacist or her physician. I am concerned that she may have overdosed by taking more pills than recommended.
She needs to consult with her gynecologist or primary care physician because heavy bleeding with clots is a concern.
