I am sorry to hear about your medical condition and not having answers.

I found some information on pudendal nerve entrapment syndrome. Pudenal nerve entrapment is an unusual condition which arises from compression of the pudenal nerve, which causes chronic pain in the perineal, perianal and genital areas.

I think your inability to have regular bowel movements and the problem of excessive abdominal bloating is related to another gastrointestinal issue.

Common causes of abdominal bloating include irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, small bowel bacterial overgrowth, lactose intolerance and other food intolerance, overeating and weight gain.

People with irritable bowel syndrome may switch between constipation and diarrhea, experience abdominal bloating, cramping and abdominal pain.

There is a possibility that this may be your problem. You should consider an evaluation with a gastroenterologist. I understand that you have no insurance. Consider checking out the health clinic at your local hospital or a health clinic in your area that offers medical care at a low cost.
