First off you have to take care of yourself, find some type of stress relief that works for you, if you can't afford something there are plenty of sites on the internet that you can find some type of yoga moves or better yet and exercise program would really be of benefit. Nobody is perfect so don't beat yourself up over not being superwoman. I hope you are feeling better now.
As far as the job front, hang in there, if it happens it will, start applying for everything you can so that if it does happen you are one step ahead and make sure you go to either your local unemployment office or workforce center, they have alot of services you may benefit from.
