Do you mean that you have been diagnosed with external genital warts caused by HPV?
If so, external genital warts or EGW are usually associated with low-risk HPV types. Ninety percent of EGW lesions are associated with the low-risk HPV types 6 and 11.
There is no cure or treatment that can eradicate HPV infection, so the only currently possible treatment is to remove the lesions caused by the virus. Unfortunately, even removal of the warts does not necessarily prevent the spread of the virus, and genital warts frequently recur.
Condom use seems to decrease the risk of transmission of HPV during sexual activity.
