Are you under the care of an obstetrician? When is your next scheduled prenatal appointment?
I do not feel qualified to give you suggestion over the internet. I think you need to be examined by your obstetrician.
My concerns are a past history of HELLP syndrome, spotting, a possible yeast infection, pelvic pain with walking and constant Braxton Hicks contractions.
Please give your doctor's office another call.
