It is possible that you may be experiencing an allergic reaction to these particular foods, additive and alcohol.
If the symptoms appear only when you consume these foods and alcohol, it is questionable that the problem is with your reproductive organs.
Have you consulted your surgeon who performed the myomectomy?
Keep a food journal of what you eat, when you notice the symptoms and if anything brings relief. Make an appointment with your physician and bring along the journal.
