Hello nat22, Try to relax. You doubled up on your birth control pills once you realized that you missed a dose. That is the recommended thing to do.
Since it was the last active pill and you were a day away from starting the inactive pills, you should be fine.
No need to worry. High stress levels can delay the start of your period.
