Losing a lot of weight, being overweight. low body fat, stress or very hard exercise can change your cycle.
Since your period is late beyond one week, test for pregnancy again. Read and follow the directions carefully to get the most accurate results. From your post, I think there is very little to no chance that you could be pregnant.
