Generally, we do not answer questions from someone so young. That being said, twelve years old is much too young to be engaging in sexual activity.
There would be a risk for pregnancy if he inserted his finger, which still had wet semen on it, into your vagina.
But the biggest factor would be if you have already begun to menstruate and this happened five days before or on the day you ovulated.
Please take the time to be a child and enjoy these years.
