The "sort of half protected sex" on the night of November 5 could not have led to conception. You could not have ovulated since you just finished your period.
Most likely, your symptoms are the result of changes in hormone levels from stopping the birth control pills. You must use some type of birth control if you continue to be sexually active. Do not resort to an emergency contraceptive.
