Implantation bleeding usually happens about 7 to 14 days after conception. It is characteristically a small volume of pink or brown vaginal discharge.
Since you are concerned that you might be pregnant, a blood pregnancy test will be able to tell you within about 9 to 11 days after ovulation. You can either wait and if your period is late beyond one week, take a home pregnancy test. Or, call your gynecologist and schedule a blood hCG pregnancy test.
