What you have experienced is a side effect of Plan B. Some women, yourself included, experience changes in their menstrual cycle after taking the pill. Periods can start earlier or later than normal. Menstrual flow can be lighter or heavier than normal.
Unless you have had unprotected sex since your last period, you are not pregnant and the delay can be attributed to taking Plan B.
