Postinor 2 can be 95% effective in preventing pregnancy if taken withing the first 24 hours following unprotected sex. Its effectiveness drops to 89% if taken up to 72 hours after.
Anonymous, I don't think you have to worry about being pregnant. However, changes to the menstrual cycle are a side effect of this pill. Your next period could start earlier or later than normal, and the flow could be lighter or heavier than normal.
