Postinor 2 is effective in preventing pregnancy if taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex. If she had unprotected intercourse on October 13, and took the pill on October 24, that was too late.
She must wait for bleeding or her next period. If she is late or has no bleeding within the next three weeks, your friend needs to take a pregnancy test.
