Hello kathrinek,

These are all great tips for getting our children to eat healthy when they are away from home. With 20 years of experiencing in packing a lunch for each of my three children during the school year, keeping the food cold, keeping it healthy and adding variety is something I became quite good at. Having two picky eaters made packing school lunches a challenge, but one that I enjoyed.
