It is not my role to suggest or endorse herbal supplements or over the counter drugs that purport to aid in suppressing appetite or aid in weight loss.

Eating a healthy well balanced diet and burning more calories than you consume is the safest way to lose weight. Drinking at least six 8 ounces of water each day, including complex carbohydrates in your diet and adding more fruit and vegetables on your plate can help suppress an uncontrollable appetite.

Lastly, I do not know anything about hydroxycitric acid and its effectiveness to suppress appetite.
