I do not think there was a significant risk of pregnancy.
Implantation bleeding looks like pink or brown spotting. It usually occurs about 10 to 14 days after the actual day of conception. It only lasts for a day or two. Mild cramping can be associated with implantation bleeding.
Anonymous, since you experienced the spotting six days after messing around with your boyfriend, I do not think it was implantation bleeding.
Rather, it may have been breakthrough bleeding associated with taking your dose of birth control pill 12 hours later than usual.
