Which autoimmune disease have you been diagnosed with?
Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that occurs at the same time every year.
I disagree that there are overlapping symptoms. In particular, what are you referring to?
Diagnosis of SAD is made by an internist and or psychiatrist. Diagnosis of an autoimmune disease is made by an internist and or rheumatologist. With a simple blood test to detect inflammation, an autoimmune disease can be suggested.
