Hi Agapi,

Thanks so much for sharing this! I was at the Thrive event when you led the audience through this. I felt instantly relaxed and recharged. 

Since then I have been looking for ways to incorporate meditation into my daily life. Having this in-hand is great!

Any tips you can offer for a quick mid-day pick-me-up for those high stress days? I'd love to hear your feedback!
