Oral sex does not lead to pregnancy.

Your partner's period may be delayed for other reasons. High levels of stress, especially during ovulation, can cause a period to be late.

Have you engaged in unprotected vaginal intercourse since her last period?

For peace of mind, I suggest she considers taking a home pregnancy test.
