Yes, you can still test even if you are spotting. The pregnancy test will detect hCG. Any blood will not affect the testing. I don't know if you are pregnant. The only way to know is to test for pregnancy. You could always contact your physician, schedule an appointment, and have a blood pregnancy test done.
