Hello Ali,

The 7 minute workout is high intensity circuit training which promises maximum results with a minimal investment of time, 7 minutes. This training program was introduced by an article which appeared in the May/June 2013 issue of the ACSM's (American College of Sports Medicine)Health & Fitness Journal.
