I do not think you are at a high risk for pregnancy because it doesn't sound like there was penetration or ejaculation and most likely it was too early in your cycle for ovulation.
An emergency contraceptive is effective in preventing pregnancy if taken within 72 hours after unprotected sex. These pills are strong and can affect your menstrual cycle.
