Guide

Hello supreet kaur bath,

I extend a warm welcome to you. I can hear the pain in your words.
I will try my best to help you. I believe you hold the answer deep inside of you and I am going to try to guide you to that answer.

You mentioned that you have never had sex before. At any time in your life were you ever touched inappropriately or did someone attempt to sexually assault you. Very often a fear of sex can be attributed to rape, molestation or sexual assault. Witnessing a sexual act as a child can leave a mental and emotional scar.

I ask you to be introspective and ask yourself "What am I really afraid of?" Are you afraid that it may be painful? Are you afraid you might become pregnant? Do you feel unprepared or don't know what to do?
Are you self-conscious about any part of your body?

I am happy to communicate with you. But, you may benefit from talking face to face with your physician, especially a gynecologist.
A psychologist with special training in sex therapy is another resource.

Regards,
Maryann
