No, because you got your period. Each month, when you are not pregnant, you have vaginal bleeding or your period. The lining of the uterus pulls away and is shed. When you conceive, hormones trigger the lining to remain intact, so the fertilized egg can implant and develop. That is why you never get a period when you are pregnant. Some women will have spotting, but that is very different than a period.
