Before you call your physician, take one more pregnancy test. Use a name brand product, check the expiration date, and test using the first urine of the morning.
If you still get a negative result, you need to be evaluated by your doctor. Beside pregnancy, a thyroid gland problem, serious anxiety, or a tumor on the pituitary gland can cause a missed period.
