Welcome to the EmpowHER community. Thank you for coming to us with your concern.
All of your menstrual cycle symptoms are abnormal and need to be evaluated by your gynecologist.
The menstrual cycle is regulated by a delicate balance of four hormones--follicle-stimulating hormone, lutenizing hormone, estrogen, and progesterone. The pituitary gland produces and secretes both the follicle- stimulating, and lutenizing hormones.
Any fluctuations in hormone levels or an issue with the pituitary gland can be the cause.
Vicky, please schedule an appointment as soon as possible.
