Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for coming to us with your question regarding conceiving naturally with only one fallopian tube.

You can do so, as long as the remaining fallopian tube is healthy, you have one or both ovaries, and you are still ovulating.

You must speak with your gynecologist to confirm that your right fallopian tube is no longer blocked. Share with her your wish to try to conceive. You may need to be more closely monitored since you have had an ectopic pregnancy.

Regards,
Maryann
