What did the red marks look like? Like raised bumps or just areas of redness?
If this is an allergic reaction to the soap, you would notice this every day and on other parts of your body. The pain and redness could be from rubbing to hard and using hot rather than warm water.
Anonymous, when this happens, is it close to the start of your period? I am thinking the nipple pain could be caused by premenstrual breast tenderness and fullness.
Please mention this to your mother. Since it has happened twice, you need to speak with your physician to determine the cause.
