Guide

Hello Kylie,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for coming to us with problem.

This is abnormal and you must contact your gynecologist right away. Possible causes could be uterine fibroids or cervical or uterine polys, a sudden change in hormone levels or the development of an underactive thyroid gland.

I am concerned that you can become anemic as a result of bleeding for 11 days on top of the blood loss from your period.

Regards,
Maryann
